Q: In the case where I see a discharge but I am confused of whether it is clear or yellow, during istihadah, do I assume the former or latter and move on? And can we do wudu before prayer time begins when in istihadah? Like 5-10 mins before prayer or even earlier?
A: If it looks whitish then take it as that.
It will be done after the time starts.
