Q:
1. Is it permissible if a person gets married by phone and the nikaah is perfromed by a Jinn… A girl and boy are sitting in their homes seperately and the Jinn makes 2 Jinn relatives witness from the girls and boy side respectively. Is this nikaah valid?
2. If both the boy and girl get married in front of humans after few months, will it be ok?
A:
1. This nikaah is not valid.
2. When they are doing it in the right shar`ee way what is wrong in that.
