Q: Is magic created by Allah?

Bismillaah

A: Nothing can happen without the will of Allah Ta’ala. When man endeavours to do something, it will only happen subject to the will of Allah Ta’ala. However, on account of him endeavouring and embarking on the wrong, he will be responsible for his actions, and will therefore be worthy of punishment.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
