Is it permissible to say “God is leading you somewhere”

Q: Is it permissible to say the following words to a Muslim or a non-Muslim and what it mean by god’s got you? God is leading you somewhere. No matter how happy and sad you are. No matter what’s going on in your life, everything is the way it is for a reason. Have faith in his plan. God’s got you.

Bismillaah

A: If by “God is leading you somewhere” he is intending coming onto guidance then this statement is correct.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
