Q: Is there any mention in the Quran and Hadith of people who will always be bad to others even if others are good to them?

Bismillaah

A: The world is a combination of both good and bad. Just as there was Shaytaan from the beginning then there was Abu Jahal and Abu Lahab at the centre and at the end there will be Dajjaal. There will always be the clash between the good and bad. Every individual has an angel encouraging and an evil qareen Shaytaan discouraging him.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
