Q: Now my question is in all my legal documents I have to put my birth year as written in my birth certificate. Is it okay?

Bismillaah

A: Since your parents had made a mistake  and there is no way to change it (as you had mentioned), there is no problem by you writing the date of birth in your legal documents as it is written in your birth certificate.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
