Q:

1. What does it mean if a shaikh has been given permission in the four schools of tassawuf?

2. Can he do zikr of all four schools or should he stick to one?

A:

1. It means that he is allowed to give instructions in accordance to the four schools.

2. The shaikh that has been allowed does not require permission.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
