Appointing a person without a Shar’ee beard to call out the Azaan

Answered according to Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Is it permissible to appoint someone without a Shar’ee beard to call out the Azaan?

Bismillaah

A: It is makrooh to appoint someone without a Shar’ee beard to call out the Azaan. The person appointed to call out the Azaan should be a person who adopts the Sunnah in his attire and adheres to the laws of Shari’ah in his life.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
