Decoding My Marriage: The Truth About My Husband’s Talak

Q: I have been married for 11 years. 9 years ago my husband gave me one verbal talak. Then after another year he gave 2nd talak. Now one month ago he gave me 3rd talak in July 2017. He is denying it and says he did not give it. I need to know if talak has happened.

Bismillaah

A: If he issued three talaaqs, the nikaah has terminated and it is no longer permissible for you to continue living with him.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
