Husband telling the wife “mein aap ku chor deta hun”

Q: If a husband and wife are having normal discussion and wife tells husband to let her go to kitchen to do some work and husband says okay, I leave you two times (mein apko chor deta hun) but without any intention of divorce, just in routine language. Then could it count as a divorce?
