Q: My husband gave me divorce during a heated argument and now he says he didn’t. Neither myself nor him want a divorce. I am 7 months pregnant with 2 other very small children. My family are telling me I am divorced and I have to walk away but I don’t want to leave my children fatherless because he couldn’t control his temper which he has a problem with. Please help me.
A: If he issued the talaaq, the talaaq is valid.
