Conveying the reward of a good deed to some person

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I need help from you. Will you please explain to me the procedure of sending sawaab to a friend or relative?

Bismillaah

A: You may recite a portion of the Qur’an, give sadaqah or carry out any good deed and make the intention that the reward of the good deed be conveyed to the person.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
