One shareholder taking more than his share from the Qurbaani animal

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: If some of the shareholders allow the others to take a portion of their meat, will it be permissible?

Bismillaah

A: It is impermissible for any shareholder to take more than his share even though he is permitted to do so. However, if the trotters, skin, tripe or head are included with the meat, an equal distribution of the meat will not be necessary.
