Qurbani of wild animals

Is it permissible to do qurbani on a wild animal like a cow that has been shot and then run away and later found dead?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

It is not permissible to do qurbani of a wild animal, including a wild cow. (Fatawa Mahmudiya: 17/356,357)
