You should recite third kalimah, durood and Istighfar hundred times after Fajr and Asr. Follow sunnah in all matters of life and get a copy of Hisn-e-Haseen from any book stall, remember the duas of every occasion and recite them accordingly.
Note: The book Hisn-e-Haseen has been translated into English which is published by Idara Isha?at-e-Diniyat,
