Assalamualaikum , Can a Girl Marry her Mother’s Uncle’s son. Means apni Ammi ke Chacha ke bete se kya nikah Jayaz Hai.Jabki wo ladka us ladki ka MAMA lagta hai.

Answer

(Fatwa: 505/375=L/1430)

The boy is not the real mamun (maternal uncle) of the girl, therefore they can marry.
