In Ramadan we pray tarabih. In our mosque we appoint 2 Hafez for tarabih salat. They recite the whole quran in tarabih salat. We have a ramadan fund. We divide takas of Ramadan fund to the Hafezs. Is it Zahez?

It is unlawful to distribute taka to these hafizs as gift as both the parties are sinful i.e. those who give and those who receive.
