My father use to take bribe ? I want his sins to be washed off can I take out some part of money as repay of bribe and distribute to poor? (As it is not possible to return it to individuals as I don’t know from whom, how much amount he has taken?

Have an estimation of the amount that your father might have taken and give the amount gradually in charity to the poor and needy, this shall purge away his sins of bribing in-sha-Allah.
