assalamu alaikum im student how can i increase my memory and concentration in studies.i my sself forgetting my subject even exam time facing this more?

Offer salah regularly and shun sins. After each salah, recite the following verse thrice with durood 3-3 times before and after:
قَالَ رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي . وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي . وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِّن لِّسَانِي . يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي . (سوره طه ركوع 2)
