How does Shariya define a commercial place in terms of rental and leasing agreements?

We have a commercial place to be given on rent. Can we give the same to a BANK and receive RENT in return?

Answer:

(Fatwa: 212/116/H=1433)

Though it is allowable but it is better not to give.
