My grandfather(mothers father) died 1yr before.He has 32 acres of land and a house.Now what part of that property should my mother get it.My grandfather has a wife ,4 sons and only 1 daughter.

On the death of your grandfather (maternal), the value of 32 acre land and house shall be divided into 72 parts. Out of which eight parts i.e. 9 shares shall go to his wife, 14-14 shares to each of the four sons and 7 shares to his daughter.
