Is surrogacy and test tube babies allowed in Islam?

ASSALAM O ALLAIKUM mufti sahab i need fatwa on these two question IS SEROGENCY IS ALLOWED IN ISLAM CAN WE HAVE A TEST TUBE BABY

Both things are unlawful.
