Is it permissible to combine two names when naming someone, such as Subhan Bukhari?

My friend’s name is SUBHAN BUKHARI and he wants to know if this combination of names is correct/allowed or not and can he continue to use this name?

(Fatwa: 1107/930/B=1433)

There is no problem in the combination of names. If he wants to change his name then he may replace it with Sahban Bukhari.
