Is it lawful to combine two prayers in journey?

It is not allowed to combine prayers whether in journey or not except in Arafah and Muzdalifah while performing Hajj:
لقولہ تعالی: ان الصلاۃ کانت علی المؤمنین کتاباً موقوتاً۔
ولقولہ علیہ السلام: من جمع بین صلاتین فی وقت واحد فقد أتی باباً من الکبائر
و فی البدائع: انہ لایجوز الجمع بین فرضین فی وقت احدھما الا بعرفۃ و المزدلفۃ. ولایجوز الجمع بعذر السفر والمطر (بداءع: 1/327)
