Is there restriction to wear the underwear while paying namaj for male in Islam?

There is no restriction, but if it is so tight that causes difficulty in offering salah then performing salah with it will be makrooh. If it is not so, rather it is loose, it can be worn. However, it is better not to wear it while performing salah.
