I have read somewhere that durud shareif should not be read after attahiyat while offering qaza namaz is it correct. Also if correct will my qaza namaz will be accepted or not?

What you have heard is wrong. The method of qaza and ada salah is same. Hence, one should recite durood after tashahhud while offering qaza salah also.
