Kasim bhai have threes daughter only, no son. Last week he is death.(INTEKAAL).Who consume his properties? Please answer. Jazarkaalaah.

If the questioner is true in his question and there is no brother, bhatija (nephew), chacha (uncle) etc of Qasim nor there is his wife or son and there is no heir except those three daughters, then all the three daughters will inherit and own the property equally.
