Is it correct to bury a Khoja person in a Qabrastan?

There was a death of a Khoja person. Our Alim sahib led the funeral prayer of the person and he was buried in our Qabrastan. Is it correct? If not, please give reasons why it is not correct.

Answer

(Fatwa: 131/131/M=1433)

If that person was Muslim then it was right to lead his janazah salah and bury him in the graveyard. And if his beliefs were like Shia then it was not lawful for any Sunni Alim to lead his janazah salah.
