Now days most of offices ladies are working and as we have to interact with them for our jobs so we have to see there faces,what is ruling regarding this?

By working together, the ruling of veil from the girls is not lifted; rather it intensifies due to vulnerability of the situation. So in the case mentioned in the question, purdah is wajib to an extent possible. If it is inevitable to talk to strange girls for job and related works, you can do so with purdah only as much necessary. Also, you should keep on trying to get yourself transferred or appointed at a place where there is no mixing with girls. May Allah help you!
