Is it permissible to consume sweets during the Islamic holiday of Diwali?

My question is that if the sweets of diwali may be consumed yes or no for Muslim?

Answer:

(Fatwa: 129/129/M=1433)

If the sweet is not offered in the name of god or goddess then it is allowable to eat it.
