Does gibbat cover weaknesses in forwarding department and staff updates?

Salam I need to know being internal auditor i have to forward the department weakness to managment for control and on some occasion update the managment about the working of individual staff on specific occasion. I need to know whether it come under the ambit of gibbat or not?

No, it does not come under ghibah (backbiting) rather it is a kind of correction.
