Answer

(Fatwa: 772/772=M/1429)

?Ifraz-ud-Deen? (افراض الدین) means: to establish religion, implement religion, while ?Nizam Ali? means: the Order of Ali. It is better to change both the names a little: (1) Mufrizuddin [مفرض الدین] (2) Abdul Ali [عبد العلی].
