Assalamu-alaikum, My question is regarding keeping Beard in Islamic Shariah. Lots of Saudi Arabian people sport no beard at all, or if there is beard, then it’s like French-cut. Is there anything special in permission for Saudi People? Please elaborate your answer with details from Qur’an and Hadiths. Allah Hafiz.

The command of keeping beard is common and it applies to all whether a Saudi or non-Saudi:
عن ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنھما قال: قال رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم: خالفوا المشرکین؛ اوفروا اللحی و احفوا الشوارب، وفی روایۃ انھکوا الشوارب و اعفوا اللحی (مشکاۃ: 2/380)
