This morning, my friend’s wife said to him that, “I do not consider you my husband. You are not my husband.” She repeated this many times. Will they still be in nikah? What are effects of these words on their nikah? Please guide us in the light of Quran and Hadith?

If the husband only heard these sentences of his wife and said nothing, then there would be no adverse effect on their nikah. Their nikah is still intact. However, the wife should not say such words, it is rudeness.
