Why not offer salah in a particular mosque?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Unlike others, I am not offering salah in a particular mosque regularly because I know it is built on government land, which is not purchased. Government is not allotting/selling this land for mosque & want to demolish it. I hope, I am not doing sin. Please revert.

You should offer salah in your nearby mosque i.e. in the mosque of your Mohalla. It is not good to leave Mohalla mosque and miss jamat without a reason. If according to your opinion it is not a Shariah mosque yet you will be getting the reward of offering salah and jamat. Thus you should offer salah in the mosque of your locality regularly.
