I had a plot of land inherited from my father which I sold and received a down payment the balance was to be given after four months . After receiving the down payment my zakah date was due. Do I have to pay zakah on the proceeds of the land sold?

If you got the amount of the plot before the fixed date of zakah then zakah shall be wajib on that amount as well.
