Can my friend pray after cleaning drops from taking taharah in a western toilet?

My question is that my friend is unable to sit in the Wc toilet but he is using western toilet but he is not satisfied as while taking taharah he is getting some drops on her body so can he pray after cleaning the drops.

(Fatwa: 895/900/H=09/1436)

If impure drops get the body then wiping them out is not enough rather it is mandatory to wash them and cleanse the body. In case salah was offered merely by wiping then it shall not be valid if the impure drops measured more than the size of one dirham.
