When I was 15 years old, I robbed a pair of slippers from masjid, my slippers were robbed so in angry I robbed someone else slippers. Please advice what should I do now.

You should give in charity an amount equal to the cost of that slippers on behalf of its owner. Also keep on doing taubah and istighfar.
