Do I need to offer qasr or full salah during my 4-5 day visits to my hometown Nashik?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My hometown is Nashik and I got a job in Pune which is 200 kms away from my hometown. I visit my hometown every month or two for 4-5 days. My question is do I need to offer qasr salah during this 4 5 days stay or do I need to offer full salah?

(Fatwa: 802/H-122/TH=05/1435)

If Pune is your place of service and you have not adopted it as your permanent residence (watan asli) just you visit it for two-four or five days in a month then you will do qasr in Pune. And if you have to come in Nashik for two or four or five days then you shall offer complete salah in Nashik. The ruling pertaining to the native place (watan asli) is that if one visits it though for awhile he will not remain musafir. If you visit Pune and intend to stay there for fifteen days or more then you shall offer full salah in Pune.
