Jumuah prayer in non-Muslim countries: same frequency as in Muslim countries?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am studying in China and belong to Pakistan. I want to know about the FARZIAT of Jumuah prayer in a non-Muslim country. Should we offer as regularly (Fardh) as in our own country?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Ones of the conditions which make Jumuah valid is that the place is a city whether it is a Muslim country or a non-Muslim country. Hence if it is city where you live in China or situated around a city and there is a group of Muslims i.e. three namazis other than imam who perform jumuah, then jumuah shall be fardh there and it should be offered considering it fardh.
