This question is about my sister. She was not into our religion perspectives since she joined for intermediate. She fell in love with a Hindu guy in 2003 and that guy converted to Muslim just for the sake of marriage in 2009 and we had to get their nikah done in April 2009 but they were not happy due to some affair of that guy with some other girl. They got separated in December 2011. My sister is with us now and following all our religious values. Her husband’s affair is no more and he is regretting for what he has done and asking my sister to come back. He is still waiting for my sister and accepting all her traditions as Muslim. What should we do now? Shall we send our sister back? Is it correct for my sister to live with that guy or is it haram? It will be very difficult to convince my sister for talaq. Her husband will not even allow my sister to get married to any other person. We have a guy from Christian community who is interested to get married my sister. Is this correct?

It is not lawful to get your sister married with a Christian boy rather it is haram. Hence you should not take any such step. As far as the matter of remarrying her with the new Muslim is concerned then in this case we cannot say anything until it is not known how the relation of both came to an end as well whether that boy follows Islam completely or not. You would better go to Darul Uloom Hyderabad and tell them the complete situation to know the ruling.
