I want to know that is there any reality of wearing Gomaid stones in Islam? Please confirm. I will be very thankful to you.

If Gomaid is stone then it is allowable to use it in ring as jewel.
والعبرة بالحلفة من الفضة لا بلا فص فيجوزمن حجر وعقيق وياقوت وغيرها (درمختار)
