Assalam u alaikum I would like to know the ta’bir of the dream i often use to see,that i lose my lower frontal teeth and i get very worried about it in the dream.alhumdulilla i offer five times salah with tahjud oftenly i get the chance..moreover i mostly sleep bawudu..hope your reply soon.jazakallh

The dreams are not effective in themselves. Sometimes, dreams are inspired from satan. Recite the below dua thrice whenever you see such dreams:
أعوذ باللہ من الشیطان وشر ھذہ الرؤیا
And then spit thrice to the left side and change the side you slept on.
