How does IDDAT affect a widow’s ability to attend her sister-in-law’s Nikah and Valima?

Can a widow observing IDDAT attend the Nikah and Valima of her Sister in Law? Please elaborate. Jazakallah!

(Fatwa: 1268/1082=L/1429)

During iddah, a widow can not go out of her house for participating in nikah or valima of her sister in law.
