بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 1708/1510=B/1429)

In the light of the Quran and Hadith, the wealth of the your brother-in-law will be distributed in 48 shares, out of which 6 shares will go to his wife, 8 shares to his mother, 24 to the daughter and the rest 10 will be distributed equally between the two brothers.

(2) The amount granted by the government shall not be shared by all the heirs; rather it will go to one who will be nominated by the government.
