Is it permissible to get a tattoo?

It is not permissible for get a tattoo. Nabiصلى الله عليه و سلمhas cursed people who get a tattoo and those who make the tattoo:
لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ (ابو داود)
