Was there a muslim saint by the name of Khabir?

Asalamualikum. I’ve recently heard of a muslim saint by the name of Khabir from a non muslim. Certain things that was mentioned I did not agree upon. If there was such a person, please can you elaborate of what kind of personality he had and were would I find more information on this Person. Please try not to be brief (the more info the better)
