Reciting Ayat-e-karima without wudhu

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I have started reciting Ayat-e-karima and want to complete 125000. So, should I recite it in wudu or I can recite it anywhere, anytime?

A: You can recite it at anytime and anywhere with wudhu and without wudhu.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Q: I asked you a question before that I want to recite Ayat e Karima for the purpose of my business problem and want to complete the count of 125000 as prescribed by many saints and sufis. You replied that it can be recited anytime anywhere with or without wazu. But one sufi told me that this is to be recited with wazu only and it is very jalaali so I have to keep some water near me and should dip the tasbeeh again and again during recitation. I am really confused. You are saying it can be recited anywhere anytime with or without wazu and another one is saying I can’t. Please reply what should I do. I hope you will reply as early as possible.

A: Don’t pay attention to all this.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
