Saying La ila illalah after washing utensils

Q: Do we need to say La ila illalah …… the Qalima  three times after washing the utensils with soap? Is it necessary? Is there any Hadith in its favour.?

Bismillaah

A: 

  1. It is not necessary.
  2. We have not come across any Hadith in the reliable books of Hadith in this regard.

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها ، قالت : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : من أحدث في أمرنا هذا ما ليس منه فهو رد (مشكاة المصابيح ص27)
