Have Deobandi Ulama said that thinking of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) during salah invalidates it?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I have heard many people and Molvis from Barailavi sect saying that Ulama of Deoband have said that, (1) Ulama of Deoband have written and said that “If thought of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) comes in your mind in between of salah your salah will not happen”.
(2) Also a Deobandi Alim has said that “It is better that thought of an animal comes in between salah rather than the thought of Prophet Muhammad (SAW)”.
Is this true? If yes, then what is the reason behind this? If nom then why do Barailavis say this about Deobandi and Jamah people? A reply with detail will be appreciated.

The Barailavis charge Ulama of Deoband for blasphemy which is absolutely incorrect and baseless. Alhamdulillah, the Ulama of Deoband are far away from it. They draw wrong meaning from the passages of elder Ulama of Deoband and thus malign Ulama of Deoband. These people consider the holy Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) Alimul Ghaib (prescient), Mukhtar-e-Kul (absolutely powerful) and Hazir-O-Nazir (omniscient) and thus they blaspheme Almighty Allah. In order to know the fact see “Radd-e-Raza Khaniyat Par Elmi Muhazarah” published from Darul Uloom Deoband. You should also study “Ebarat Akabir” by Sarfaraz Khan Safdar (رحمة اللہ علیہ).
